Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivered date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in their original packaging, if possible.
Be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale or clearance items.
Gift cards.
Customized or personalized products.
Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
